Remote Viewing (Spiritual Sight):
As we learn to remote view, we learn to listen to the messages all around us that have the potential to guide our lives. It provides the objective validation of the wisdom of Kundalini Yoga as well as real world applications of the teachings of modern physics. It is a scientific protocol that teaches us to tap into the higher wisdom that is inside of us. Often we call this wisdom "intuition".

Remote viewing is a natural human ability used by shamans and healers throughout human history. The first Native Americans as they came across the narrow land bridge from Siberia to Alaska almost certainly used remote viewing to find game for their hunters and to locate the path.
It, simply put, is the accessing of information from the energetic field, which according to Einstein is the ultimate reality, by non-ordinary means. We typically use our bodily energetic sensors including those of touch, taste, vision, hearing and our sense of position in space to create the three dimensional reality that we all share. Modern neuroscience teaches us that this reality that we all share is in fact an illusion created by our mind/brain from the energetic input from our energetic sensors of ultimate reality. Remote viewing uses what is commonly known as intuition to bypass our ordinary sensory systems and directly collect information from ultimate reality. When we learn to remote view, we how to understand the knowledge and wisdom in the mind of God, which is available to each one of us. God is always talking to us, Spiritual Sight teaches us how to listen. (Job 33:14 For God does speak though man does not perceive it)

Controlled remote viewing (CRV) is a specific protocol developed by the United States CIA and Department of Defense for the collection of information for military intelligence purposes. ( International Remote Viewing Association's website) This is the civilian branch of the government's remote viewing operation). Least anyone doubt that it works, consider that military remote viewers have been commended by two US presidents, have been awarded numerous awards for service to the country, and are responsible for the finding of sensitive military aircraft preventing the Russians from accessing them, as well as contributing to the capture of Saddam Hussein.
Ingo Swann, the psychic who in part developed CRV, described it as “in developing controlled remote viewing, we are not teaching psychical abilities, we are teaching how to understand perception”. |
The scientific medium Isabelle Chauffeton Saavedra and I adapted CRV to be a spiritual training tool to facilitate spiritual growth and intuition. We discovered that in fact, the protocol of CRV was first described as an advanced meditative technique by both Siddhartha Gautama and the ancient Jewish sages. CRV is very different from ordinary remote viewing in that it involves accessing highly specific information about a remote site that can then be verified by ordinary means. In turn, this permits the viewer to directly learn what worked and what didn’t work during the session and learn to fine tune their intuition and spiritual development. We call CRV for spiritual purposes Spiritual Sight and have written a manual that anyone can use to develop their spiritual sight. |
Dr. Melvin Morse studied with the best in the field of CRV (Controlled Remote Viewing)
|
I am very grateful that I was trained in CRV by the best of the best. I received training from the foremost controlled remote viewing practitioners in the world. I believe that I have one of the broadest educations that any civilian has in this field. Specifically I received training from Paul H Smith PhD, the premier teacher of CRV in the field today. I also was trained by Lyn Buchanan (Men Who Stare at Goats), one on one training from Stephan A Schwartz (author numerous books on remote viewing), Professor Waldo Vieira of the International Academy of Consciousness, Lori Williams, Hal Puthoff PhD and Russell Targ among many others.

It is not known whether or not the developers of CRV for military purposes, psychic Ingo Swan and physicist Hal Puthoff knew of the ancient protocols that CRV precisely resembles. There cannot be, however, any doubt that CRV is a modern discovery or rediscovery of Buddhist and Jewish sacred techniques.
The Buddha, for example was quoted 2,400 years ago as saying, “Monks, before my self-awakening,
when I was just an unawakened Bodhisattva, the thought occurred to me, why don’t I keep dividing my thinking into two sorts?” This is precisely the process of CRV, closely monitoring the mindstream with another person called the monitor, and dividing the thoughts into two categories.
The Buddha already understood that there were two realms of consciousness correlating with the mind-generated conventional reality and the sensory consciousness of ultimate reality. The Buddha began his teachings by saying, “I am going to teach you the root of all phenomena,” similar to Ingo Swann’s description of CRV.

The Buddha then told us how to divide the mind stream. He is quoted as saying, “Apparent things, external to the mind, do not exist [except as energetic information]. They are the mind, in various forms, appearing to itself. Bodies, goods, locations—all such things—are but the mind alone, I do affirm.”
In turn, this is the process of accessing the information of ultimate reality. The Buddha described using this technique to access information about his past lives, even to the level of details of what he wore and the culture of his previous lives. This same level of detail is achieved with CRV. |
The Thailand-based Buddhist sage Acariya Maha Boowa gives one of the best general outlines to Spiritual Sight. He writes of meditative practices: During meditation, we ultimately reach the level [of consciousness] where we are ready to investigate [ultimate reality], there are no limits as to how broad or restricted it should be. “The sage continues, “The mind can investigate anywhere in the cosmos. We gain knowledge and all kinds of insights from our own investigation. This is where the fun lies—sifting, choosing with our discernment what is right and what is wrong.”

In the case of Spiritual Sight, we access a "highly-restricted" piece of information. That is the precise physical description of specific place in this reality from which we access information that we otherwise have no ordinary way of accessing. We can then validate our spiritual sight session by ordinary means such as videos and photographs of the site. Once we have accessed the "signal line" of the information in ultimate reality, we can then emotionally connect with it, even converse with it and place ourselves within that reality. For example, the inmate who did the above session of a Blue Angel then rode in the Blue Angel for 45 minutes. (in a virtual sense)
The Jewish sages writing in the Sefer Yitzareh, from 300 CE, also described the CRV protocol. They emphasized that in order to reach the realm of pure information, one had to transition back and forth from Binah (verbal) consciousness to Chakmah (nonverbal consciousness) again and again. Each time one re-enters Chakmah consciousness, one gets deeper and deeper into the experience. |

Both the ancient Tibetans and Jewish sages, similar to the modern military remote viewers, emphasized the need for a companion or guide for the experience, when attempting these advanced meditative techniques. Spiritual Sight also emphasizes this.
Although perhaps less than a thousand civilians can reliably remote view to the stringent standards of the CRV protocol, I discovered to my astonishment that my fellow inmates learned it readily. Here are some examples of their work. Remember, that as they begin the session, the only piece of information they have is a nine-digit number that is attached to the remote site: the site's address.
