NBC: Dr. Morse: proves existence of life after death more than any other researcher
There is in the human psyche a dimension that is in most of us concealed, the existence of which often is not even suspected. It is the domain of omniscient wisdom and unconditional compassion that can be known but not described.
It has the power to spiritually transform our lives
It has the power to spiritually transform our lives
Welcome to my webpageWhat is Transformation? It is the rediscovery of our true self. It is finding that source of love and truth and wisdom that resides in each one of us, and emerging, forever changed. It can happen in the blink of an eye, or it can take a lifetime. For me, it took a lifetime.
“Little by Little, deep inside us
The diamond shines, the eyes open, the dawn arises, We become what we already are” |
British journalist and documentary filmmaker Tom Harpur interviews Dr. Morse, showcasing numerous children who, after being resuscitated by Dr. Morse, share their near-death experiences (NDEs).

Dr. Morse has always been involved with research, primarily having to do with human consciousness. He has studied near death experiences, the spirituality of death and dying, spiritual neuroscience, and spiritual sight, a meditative practice. He identified that humans have a "god spot", an area of the brain that links them to the divine that is both within us and of which we are a part.
His primary interest has been working with grieving parents. He feels an obligation to present these sacred stories of encountering a loving god at the point of death especially for those struggling to comprehend the loss of a child. Studies show after death visitations frequently occur to grieving parents and spouses, yet they are often dismissed and trivialized. If we have the courage to openly discuss them, they often contain their own validations. |
Dr. Morse is one of the most important researchers on childhood near death experiences. He is a skeptical and rigorous scientist who spent a lot of time dissecting the brains of rats and testing new drugs against cancer (before becoming involved in NDEs). His studies are published in best-selling books as well as in the bulletins of the American Medical Association's scholarly Pediatric journals. He is a man of science who refuses to relegate to the domain of the unreal the things that allow us to find the meaning of life. -Seattle Times

Is there proof that "near death" and other spiritual experiences can cure afflictions of the body, mind, and spirit? Are there simple ways to tap into a "universal power source" that spiritual masters call enlightenment? Is there scientific evidence of life after death that is being overlooked by skeptics? Is there scientific proof of a "God spot" in our brains that communicates with God and the universe?
Pediatrician Melvin Morse believes the answer to all these questions is yes. Shedding new light on the links between science and mysticism, Where God Lives not only reveals the area of the brain that is our biological link to the universe, but also shows us the secret of tapping into the universal energy to achieve healing, personal peace, and transcendence. Filled with moving case histories, Where God Lives applies the rigor of science to the study of the spiritual to prove once and for all the existence of life after death.
